Joe Caso does three things: 

Business Coaching / Advisory Services – I work with business owners and their key executive staff on a variety of issues.  In most cases, my clients need help developing a business plan (day to day road map to success), the action steps necessary to achieve their goals, and an accountability / support process which fits their style to enables them to stick to the plan. 

Transition Coaching – I teach men and women how to approach the job market and take control of their search for a new position.  My clients are either out of work and struggling, while looking for a new position, or currently working with the desire to be proactive about their careers.  

Executive Search – I conduct retained recruitment assignments for companies looking to attract “impact” executives.
