Search Process

Joe Caso and his staff will identify and recruit candidates from a variety of places for the specific needs of his clients. He tailors his approach to be sure that the best possible candidates are presented using the following approach:

• Research and identification of target companies and prospective candidates
• Contact potential candidates
• Initial screening of potential candidates
• Conduct face to face interviews with selected prospective candidates
• Present a selected group of candidates to the client
• Consult with the client concerning the selection of the final candidate
• Either prepare the client to present the job offer or communicate the offer directly to the successful candidate
